Insurance and service charges
1.1
To reduce the risk of default, an insurance premium is applied:
- 10% of the loan amount (from €1,000 to €2,900)
- 3% + €200 of the loan amount (from €3,000 to €10,000)
1.2
The charge is not deducted from the loan amount and must be paid before the loan is disbursed.
1.3
In case of full repayment of all amounts, a refund of 100% of the amount is made after the final payment.
1.4
Athena Financing never imposes any charges before the approval or registration of the loan

This charge is applied when the borrower misses the first payment.
Loan terms
2.1
The loan duration is from 1 week up to 36 months.
2.2
Interest rate: 36% per year (3% per month).
2.3
The transfer of funds is made to the account declared by the borrower.
Repayment process
3.1
The borrower is obliged to repay the full amount, including interest, no later than the due date.
3.2
In case of delay, a penalty of 0.1% of the outstanding amount is imposed for each day of delay.
Subject of the contract
The lender grants the borrower a loan ranging from €1,000 to €10,000, which the borrower is obliged to repay in accordance with the following terms and within a specified period.
